Special Veteran Programs
Special Veteran Programs
At Fire Missions, we believe healing and restoration happen not only through housing, but through connection, community, and purpose. Throughout the year, we offer a variety of Special Veteran Programs designed to support the mental, physical, and spiritual health of the veterans we serve.
These programs are offered on and off throughout the year in partnership with other organizations, businesses, churches, and veteran service groups. They may include wellness activities, retreats, peer-to-peer events, life-skills workshops, recreational outings, service projects, and faith-based opportunities. Each program is designed to give veterans a safe space to connect with others who understand their experiences.
Participation in these programs allows veterans to interact with fellow veterans, build trust, and reduce isolation—key factors in addressing challenges such as PTSD, military sexual trauma (MST), traumatic brain injury (TBI), addiction, and other mental health struggles related to service. By fostering community and shared experiences, these programs help veterans process trauma, regain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward healing and stability.
As Fire Missions continues to grow, we are committed to expanding these Special Veteran Programs to reach more veterans and meet more needs. Follow us on Facebook and check back regularly to stay up to date on upcoming programs, partnerships, and opportunities to get involved.
